- Prices
exclude international airfare.
Price is per person, double occupancy. A $420 single supplement
applies if you do not travel as a couple.
- For
your comfort and the free exchange of information during
game drives, our safaris are usually limited to no more
than 6 persons per trip. However, group tours are also available.
- Although
CHES seeks private donations to support some of it special
projects, the price of the safari does not include a donation
to CHES. All fees go toward maximizing the enjoyment of
your trip.
- We
can customize your safari to accommodate shorter schedules.
Please specify the time frame and number of persons in your
party.

Prices
Include: Accommodations and meals as specified in itinerary;
in-country flights; road transportation, including guaranteed
window seats in safari vehicle; and National Park and Antiquities
fees.
Prices
Do Not include: Airfare to and from Mt. Kilimanjaro International
Airport in Tanzania; inoculations; cost of obtaining a passport
and/or visa; excess baggage charges; personal insurance; meals
or sightseeing not included in the itinerary; Bush Dinner
Day 8 ($30 per person): Serengeti Balloon Safari Day 10 ($370
per person); alcoholic or other beverages not included in
meals; laundry, telephone calls or faxes; local airport taxes
and tips to waiters, hotel staff, game rangers, safari drivers;
items of a personal nature; anything not mentioned in “Price
Includes.”
To
Reserve: A fifty percent (50%) deposit per person is due on
booking . Balance is due 45 days prior to departure.
Cancellation:
We use cancellation terms standard for Tanzanian safari bookings,
as follows: A non-refundable fee of $200 applies. Cancellations
received more than 60 days prior to departure are subject
to forfeit of 10% of tour cost. Cancellations received less
than 60 days prior to departure are subject to the following
forfeit of safari cost:
59-45
days, 20% of safari cost
44-36 days, 35%
35-15 days, 50%
0-14 days, 100%
For
these reasons, you might consider purchasing trip cancellation
insurance.
